Prospace were appointed by Enfield Council to refurbish and adapt this two bedroom property for a particular tenant that had medical needs. The build included flush and anti ligature fittings, new windows, kitchen with lockable doors, hidden services and bathroom to suit acre home etc. External works were also required to tidy the property up. Working alongside the Project Managers and designers, Stace, Prospace delivered a safe and practical premises for the tenant to move into.
