Throgmorton Avenue is a four-storey property in the heart of the city near Bank and Liverpool Street station. The 2nd floor is 5,000 sq ft of prime office space on a private road. Prospace were commissioned to carry out the CAT A refurbishment so that the space could be put on the market. Following completion of this project, Prospace also undertook the refurbishment of the reception area. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
